Annual Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 11:00 AM.

Attendance

Homeowners in attendance signed the meeting sign-in sheet.

Discussion Items

Master Association

• Questions regarding the Master Association were discussed.
• Information was provided and homeowner questions were addressed.

Board Election

• An election for the Board of Directors was conducted for all five board positions.

HOA Website

• The Board introduced the new HOA website.
• Homeowners were encouraged to visit the website for community information, announcements, governing documents, forms, and updates.

Homeowners Comments and Questions

• Homeowners were given the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM. Five homeowners volunteered for the five available board positions. As there were no additional candidates, all five volunteers were elected/re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors.
