Architectural Review & Approval Guidelines
To maintain community standards and property values, all exterior changes must be approved before work begins. Please submit a request written to the HOA's PO Box or email contacthlehoa@yahoo.com outlining the scope of work, along with any available plans or drawings. Approval is required prior to starting any project. Homeowners are also responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals from the applicable city or local authorities before beginning work.

How much are annual dues?
For 2026 the annual HOA dues are $100 due by August 1st 2026
Are there parking restrictions?
Parking is prohibited on the side of Hidden Lake Blvd where fire hydrants are located. This restriction is in place to ensure emergency access at all times.
Can I email the board?
Yes! Only certain items need to be mailed to the HOA P.O. Box. These include annual notices sent to homeowners and annual dues sent by homeowners.
What if I live in the Ryan Homes development?
This is a separate HOA and will only be used for homeowners in the front entrance of the development. Please contact your dedicated HOA for questions. We will not respond to messages from Ryan Homes homeowners.
